This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via RAYA (see the Legal Notice for details of the operator).

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation (order confirmation by email).

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown transparently before you complete your order.

4. Payment

Payment is made via an external payment service provider using the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

6. Retention of title

The goods delivered remain our property until paid in full.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions under Austrian law apply.

8. Applicable law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence also apply.
