Right of Withdrawal & Returns

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version is legally binding.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (contact details: see Legal Notice) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or WhatsApp).

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw effectively, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

Return costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods were delivered damaged or defective.

Exclusion / expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or expires early, for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery — this applies in particular to opened perfumes, cosmetics and care products.

Damaged, defective or delayed deliveries

Independently of your statutory right of withdrawal (above), a separate procedure applies in the following cases:

Transport damage: Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with the following photos: the damaged product next to the shipping label, the inner and outer packaging, and the product as it arrived in the packaging.

Defective goods: In the case of a manufacturing defect, we take full responsibility, collect the goods and refund the amount.

Delayed delivery: In the case of a significant delay (more than 10 working days beyond the stated delivery time), please contact us — we will review the case individually.
